Borregaard LignoTech has a vision of a zero injury rate. We believe fundamentally that injuries are preventable.
Our company task teams continue to drive improvements and progress in the areas of Standards, Rules and Procedures, Communication, Awareness and Training and Observations and Dialogues.

  • Observations and Dialogues is the mechanism to get all supervision onto the factory floor, engaging positively and constructively with the workforce, so that suggestions for improvements to avoid injuries can be discussed, recorded and implemented.
