A new benchmark for Safety at BLT

On the 17th September 2008, a ceremony was held to celebrate 5 years without injury at the Borregaard UK site.

At the ceremony Morten Harlem handed over the new LignoTech Diamond award for 5 years without injury.

Morten Harlem stated "What our Zero Harm program is all about is making such achievements sustainable and through that ensure that we do not have any accidents next week, next month and next year. On behalf of the BLT management and BIL's management I do congratulate you on your achievement and I do look forward to the next 5 years without accidents (which I am convinced you will be able to deliver)."
